Our Services
We offer a range of Designers at Twig to fit everyone's Budget. All Twig Designers go through testing and auditions before taking services. Our Salon Education Directors assess each Designer on their level of skill and technique as well as time behind the chair before Recommending the level of placement. All Consultations will include and at home care plan to ensure that you are using the right products to take care of your hair and scalp.
The Interns are our trainees. Their day consists of helping out the busy Twig Designers while learning their craft. They may give you an incredible head massage or touch up your roots. It all depends on where they are in their hair journey. They can be booked for selective services at the approval of their Twig trainer. ***HINT these Designers will always give you the absolute best blowout because they do them the most out of everyone in the salon.
The Juniors are new to taking their own guests on the floor but have 1-3 years of extensive training and experience with our Twig Education Directors and their guests
The Intermediates have passed all the tests, take extra continuing education and have 3+ years of experience connecting with guests on their own
The Advanced Keep up with regular education on trends and techniques. These are highly experienced Designers with 5+ years of experience
The Masters are just what they sound like, Masters. They have mastered multiple hair categories and are a wealth of hair knowledge on allllll the hair things
The Directors are our Twig Teachers. These Designers are the best of the best. They have 10+ years of experience behind the chair and are dedicated to elevating the careers and skills of the rest of their Twig Family by creating the in salon education curriculum and leading by example. These Twig leaders are also considered Master Stylists
Cuts
All of our cuts come with a personalised consultation that includes everything you need to think about with your hair including, face shape, lifestyle and upkeep. All cuts come with our signature wash + head massage (yummmmmm), an explanation of what products are being used and why and finished off with a beautiful blowout to leave you feeling on top of the world.
All shortcuts come with an optional aromatherapy hot towel.
base.COLOR
Feeling like changing it up or covering up those shiny strands (who said grey? I didn’t)? base.COLOR may be the way for you.

We will chat about all your color goals (bring us some pictures) + together we will come up with a suitable solution for you + your budget + your calendar.

There are endless approaches to creating dimension in the hair from classic to trending. We love when the right color just hugs your cut in all the right places. Ooohh yeah!

Our signature shampoo + massage is a special treat. Here are additional services to enjoy in between your regular TWIG visits. Treat yourself, you deserve it.
