TWIG designers are required to attend a minimum of four hours of education each month.  We change our service menu seasonally to keep your hair design fresh.  Our designers are trained to establish a regimen that compliments both your lifestyle and budget.  We offer a tiered pricing structure (Silver thru Platinum), which allows great hair to be affordable for everyone.

TWIG policies and etiquette.

children::  We love children.  To ensure that your children remain safe and to ensure a relaxing environment for our other guests – Children are not permitted, except when they are being serviced.  Pricing for children is the same as an adult.

scheduling::  Life happens.  Service times are reserved just for you.  Missing an appointment or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, limits our opportunity to fill that appointment.  To avoid having to prepay for your services and as a courtesy, please honor our 24 hour cancellation window. 

guarantee::  At TWIG we guarantee that you love your hair.  If you are not completely in love with your do, please let us know within 48 hours so that we can do our best to adjust it immediately.  All retail purchases may be exchanged for salon credit if you are not completely satisfied.

TWIG hair lounge is so dedicated to furthering our knowledge that we would love to share it with you, our fashion conscious client.  We offer a workshop every month for you to learn how to "do your do" in a different, versatile manner.  The workshop is taught by our very own talented designers - you will be bursting with such fresh ideas, you may have a hard time sleeping! All classes require a deposit to hold your reservation.  Space is limited.
