Working out.

Working out doesn't need to be a chore. In fact, it shouldn't be. When most people think of working out they think of spending hours at the gym, lifting weights, or running miles and miles and miles. But "working out" doesn't need to be anything of that sort.

I like to work out early in the morning, right before my shower, and I only workout for ten-fifteen minutes. That's all you need.

The benefits for working out in the morning are many. It’s called EPOC – excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. Your metabolism continues to burn calories 30-60 minutes after your workout!

Also, working out in the morning will help you sleep better at night than working out at night will. Exercise produces endorphins which wake you up, which makes it nearly impossible for your mind to "turn-off."

In the morning, most people reach for the coffee pot, but it's oxygen your brain is craving, not caffeine. So reach for your sneakers instead and help your mental sharpness which can be increased for four to ten hours after your workout!

Even if you don't think you have the time to work out, just try doing a few push-up's or a few crunches, do as many as you can, even if it'd only ten, then try again tomorrow, maybe you can do 11, then the next day you may be up to 15...Soon, you'll be doing 50 like it's nothing. It's a great feeling knowing that you are doing good for your body and mind. You will feel good and look good.
